Harvesting time 🍆

Today we pick our first harvest of egg plants. And they came out plenty and sooo delicious!

We are so happy to see, that the hard work finally comes to fruition.

Eggplants have a unique flavor that is often described as slightly bitter and earthy. Organic eggplants are a great source of vitamins and minerals, including vitamin C, vitamin K, vitamin B6, and potassium. They are also low in calories and high in fiber.

Our organic eggplant is grown without the use of synthetic fertilizers, pesticides, or other harmful chemicals. Organic eggplants are grown using natural methods that promote soil health and biodiversity. They are also free from genetically modified organisms (GMOs) and are not irradiated.
